A mixture of removable flood fencing over the large 32m span of lorry loading bays. This is to allow full use of the area without disruption when the removable flood fencing is not in situ. When in situ it ensures the main warehouse is watertight. And our white board style barriers for all fire exit doors on site. They can be removed in under 20s for anyone who cannot step over them to exit, ensuring the fire exit is still useable in emergency. The commercial site needed the flood protection work in order to maintain flood insurance and balance out any premiums on their policy.
